TRS gives you several options to email your registrants:
1. Email registrants for a specific timeslot or activity
The fastest way to do this is to use the availability report.
Click on Registrants (blue link to the right) next to the specific activity or timeslot.
If you have more than 50 registrants for this activity or timeslot, go to the Display drop down menu at the right side of your screen so that all of your registrants are displayed on one page in the report.
Click on the box next to the ID header. It will select all the registrants on the list.
Click on Contact registrants.
2. Email registrants for specific activity groups
Go to your registration report
Under activity group, select the specific activity groups
Change the display number to see all of your registrants in one page
Click on Run
Click on the box next to the ID header
Click on Contact Registrants
3. Email all of your registrants
You can email everyone on your site by going to the registration report
Click on display and select a higher number than your total number of registrants
Click on the box next to the ID header
Click on Contact Registrants
