A site is always technically Live once it is created for a Client
This means, if your site building has not been completely built and is not ready for registrants, do not share the site's URL. Once your site's URL has been shared, anyone can gain access to viewing it.
Someone gained access before the site is ready to go Live?
On the bright side, there are easy ways to navigate this if outside individuals locate your site.
Removing Ability to Register:
To remove the ability for individuals to attempt registration:
Go to your site editor > Page Settings tab > Welcome Page horizontal tab > Check-mark "Hide Register Now" Button

(Make sure you un-check this when you are ready to go live)
Ready to go Live?
Make sure you've completed the following:
- Verified all site settings are accurate
- Payment settings are paired accurately
- Background Checks are associated to specified activities
- Thoroughly tested your site has a registrant would.
- Ensure all registrant types, activity groups, and activities / timeslots are visible as specified
- Test and verify payments are successful (Set a priced activity at $1 minimum)
- Refer to TRS staff for site testing once you've completed testing if you want additional assurance.
- Communicated to TRS staff if you expect a large quantity of registrant sign-ups once the site URL is released.
